Despite the fact that Texas lost this weekend, we are still rooting for the Longhorns here in Tampa. Colt wore his Texas outfit to church and we discovered many Texas Exes and other fans that were previously unknown. And, just so you know, Colt Dishman is NOT named after Colt McCoy. Yes, since we lived in Austin we heard the name Colt McCoy once or twice, and thought it was a classic Texan name that our kid couldn't do without.

Colt tried out his bumbo for the first time this week. He LOVES it! Now he can sit on the kitchen counter and watch me cook.
Colt also loves to suck on his hands. You'd think they were made of chocolate or something! He never wants to take them out of his mouth.
My cutie pie practicing posing for his upcoming 3 month photos. The photographer said if Colt is unable to maintain this pose for a while on his belly, that she'll send us home, so we've been practicing every day!

I'm so glad Colt likes his Bumbo! I don't know what I'd do without it!!! Are you getting professional pics taken at 3 months? Let me know how those go. I can't decide when to get Jackson's pictures taken. I love Colt's Texas outfit! :-)
Colt is too cute. Maddi and Colt are very close in age. Maddison was born on the 8th of July. We'll have to set up a "date" so they can meet.
I meant to ask if you are going to be at homecoming. We will be there as well. I am so excited to see you. Are you going to take Colt to breakfast?

Okay - so i've been falling down on my attempt to reply to everyone's comments. (Sorry, Jesse.) Yes, we are going to ACU homecoming!! Yeah, the photographer is like really serious about her job I guess - but we went today and the pics turned out so great I spent $200 on pictures! Yikes! Why couldn't I have just gone to JCPenny like normal people??
