Last night we had a bit of a scare with Levi. He has bronchiolitis on occasion, so we were already prepared for his wheezing with a nebulizer and some medicine. However, his minor wheezing quickly accelerated to severe wheezing and the nebulizer wasn't helping, so we called an on-call doctor, who sent an ambulance to the house. After doing some assessment, they took Levi to Dell Children's hospital. Fortunately, he didn't have to be admitted, just treated for an hour with oxygen, albuterol and steroids. Anyway, he came home breathing much easier, and we followed doctor's orders today with lots of breathing treatments. He's still wheezing some, but is overall MUCH better. Here are some pictures that Ty took with his iphone.
Here is Levi on the ambulance with his oxygen mask on. Poor Colt, who is enamored with ambulances, slept through the whole thing! He would have loved seeing the firetruck and ambulance outside our house.
Tough guy!

I hope you got plenty of rest today. I have been there, twice now, with my own little non-breather, and it's scary and exhausting for us mommies.
So glad he's okay! What a scary thing when our little ones aren't doing well.
Hope this was a one time occurrence for y'all!
I don't even know you and started crying. How scary. I am glad everything turned out ok.
What a scare! I'm glad that all is OK now. Feel better Levi!
Jeesh, that kid just smiles all the time! What a sweetheart!
So glad he'd doing better - we were worried! Love you guys!
He's tough because he wouldn't go to sleep at the hospital even though it was 2am at the time I took the last 2 pics. He just wanted to walk around and say hi to the other folks in there. Turkey. But, he did bring out a lot of smiles.
You know Ty, those pics would be alot clearer with an iPhone 4...just a thought...glad Levi's doing better.
